Deine Aufgaben:

- Einführung und Implementierung großer IT-Systeme im B2B-Umfeld

- Leitung umfangreicher Projekte bei der Einführung von IT-Systemen bei unseren Kunden

Dein Profil:

- Du besitzt langjährige Erfahrung in der Einführung und Implementierung großer IT-Systeme im B2B-Umfeld
- Du hast nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Leitung umfangreicher Projekte, einschließlich Großprojekte
- Du zeichnest dich aus durch ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie Teamfähigkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Region Deutschland / Schweiz / Österreich sind für dich kein Problem
- Du kennst dich aus und hast schon mit einer oder mehrerer der folgenden Projekt-Methoden gearbeitet:

Als Project Manager (m/w/d) im Team Power Experience bei Syntax bist du maßgeblich an der Entwicklung innovativer Lösungen auf der Microsoft Power Platform beteiligt. Unser Power Experience Team ist darauf spezialisiert, die Vielseitigkeit der Microsoft Power Platform zu nutzen, um Geschäftsprozesse zu optimieren und effizientere Abläufe zu fördern.

Diese Aufgaben erwarten Dich

- Du übernimmst Projektverantwortung im Rahmen der Entwicklung von innovativen Lösungen auf der Microsoft Power Platform für unsere Kunden
- Erstellung von Budget-, Zeit- und Ressourcenplanungen für die Projekte
- Coaching und Koordination der interdisziplinären Projektmitarbeiter und -teams
- Erstellung von Projekt-Dokumentationen sowie Berichte für Stakeholder des Projektes
- Unterstützung bei Presales- und Vertriebsaktivitäten (z.B. Ausarbeitung von Servicemodellen, Preisausarbeitung)
- Erkennen und proaktives Handling von Problemen, inkl. Erarbeitung von Lösungsvorschlägen unter Berücksichtigung wirtschaftlicher und kapazitätsrelevanter Gesichtspunkte

Dein Profil

- Erste Erfahrungen in der Microsoft Power Platform sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Kenntnisse im agilen Projektmanagement, sowie ein Verständnis für technische und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Prozessmodellierung
- IT-Affinität und Leidenschaft für Themen rund um Business Process Management & Low Code Development
- Du zeichnest Dich in Projekten durch Kommunikations- und Moderationsstärke, hohe Kundenorientierung sowie eine hohe Sozialkompetenz aus
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

 As Solution Architect (m/f/d) you will develop solutions and manage implementation projects in the field of Digital Manufacturing and Industry 4.0.

Tasks

- Business process analysis and recording of customer requirements
- Responsibility for the architecture of SAP Digital Manufacturing solutions
- Specification creation, UI design / test design, implementation planning, development & commissioning
- Preparation and execution of workshops and offer presentations directly to customers and partners
- Architecture design of analytics and IIoT solutions
- Presales activities in close coordination with sales for manufacturing solutions based on the SAP product portfolio
- Participation in trade fairs and specialist congresses
- Execution and management of implementation projects in the area of digital manufacturing
- Coordination with internal & external stakeholders
- Expanding knowledge on the topic of SAP Digital Manufacturing and tracking market and technology trends

Qualification

- Several years of experience in the development and implementation of complex Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) architectures
- Knowledge of SAP Digital Manufacturing, SAP PP & QM
- Strong customer orientation, communication skills and an independent way of working
- Experience in project management, ideally using agile methods
- Passion for new technologies
- Analytical and structured thinking to solve complex customer requests
- Willingness to travel
- Very good knowledge of German and English

- Excellent problem solving skills, analytical thinking and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges
