- Canon Production Printing specializes in developing and manufacturing high-tech printing products and workflow software for the commercial printing market, with a global presence across three continents and headquarters in Venlo, the Netherlands.
### Ihre Aufgaben:

- Develop cutting-edge embedded software solutions on Linux platforms for controlling digital printing system components
- Design, plan, and implement embedded solutions, including device drivers, communication protocols, and advanced control algorithms and state machines
- Utilize innovative architectural principles to enhance testing, streamline maintenance, and improve software quality
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, serving as a liaison between print component developers and hardware design groups
- Assist in the introduction and integration of new technologies from initial concept to commercial release
- Ensure the successful deployment of new technologies by supporting their transition to commercial use
- Engage in hands-on work with electronic components and equipment, ensuring practical application of software solutions

### Ihre Qualifikationen:

- Degree in computer science, physics, electrical engineering, or a comparable field of study 
- Professional experience in the area of embedded software development
- Experience with Linux real-time operating systems (ideally with regard to driver development and fieldbus protocols) 
- Highly proficient in the programming languages C/C++ (C++11 and higher), Python, and model-based development methods, such as Enterprise Architect or HCL RTist
- Knowledge of UML and software testing, ideally test automation and agile development methods 
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps for Git repository management and MPS for domain-specific languages is a plus 
- Good written and spoken English skills (German is a plus)

Folgende Aufgaben warten auf dich:

- Administration, Betreuung sowie Optimierung der IT-Netzwerklandschaft (LAN/WLAN/ WAN) sowohl in HQ als auch in 160 AVNET EMEA Standorten
- Design, Entwurf, ein optimales Integrationsniveau von Softwareprodukten, Infrastruktur und Daten basierend auf Geschäftsanforderungen, Kommunikationssystemen und sich entwickelnden Technologien
- Technische Expertise im Management von Unternehmensnetzwerk, Analyse der Netzwerkeinrichtung
- Identifizierung, Diagnose und Lösung technischer Probleme im Zusammenhang mit Netzwerkfehlern/-integrität und der Nutzung von PC-Hardware und -Software. Troubleshooting und Übernahme des 2nd und 3rd Level Supports
- Betreuung, Wartung und Aufsetzen von Cisco Core Netzwerk Komponenten wie: Nexus 9k, Switches 9500-x, Routers, Firewalls (ASA, FirePower oder PaloAlto), Wireless Controller 9800, Cisco ISE
- Netzwerkmanagement, -überwachung und -dokumentation
- Entwicklung einheitlicher Prozesse und Praktiken für den Netzwerk- und Sicherheitssupport weltweit
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von SLAs und operativen KPIs
- Unterstützung bei Aufrechterhaltung/Durchführung von Desaster-Recovery-Verfahren

Was wir uns wünschen:

- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Cisco-Umfeld
- Kenntnisse im Bereich TCP/UDP, Layer2, Layer3 und Layer4 des ISO/OSI Modelles
- Erfharung mit der DMVPN und IPSEC Technologie
- Kenntnisse im Bereich IT-Sicherheit (BSI IT-Grundschutz, ISO/IEC-27000-Reihe) und Cloud Umfeld, speziell MS Azure im Hybrid Cloud Setup
- Erfahrung mit Routingprotokollen (EIGRP, BGP, etc.)
- Zertifizierungen im Netzwerkbereich (Cisco, CCNA, CCNP)
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
