- Assist in various activities connected to the identification, evaluation, and selection of vendors and suppliers for aviation repair services and production of spare parts.
- Support the negotiation and management of contracts with vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address vendor performance issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of vendor management strategies to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency.
- Support the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records of vendor contracts, agreements, and performance metrics.

- Provide administrative support to operational colleagues throughout the fabrication process
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry in OGS database
- Administer work data and maintain work records
- Actively participate in implementing process improvements
- Handle printing, checking, processing, sorting, reports, and other working documents
- Support and administer all organizational activities within OGS


Ihr Profil:

- Technical college or technical university degree
- Understanding and experience in handling of technical documentation
- Knowledge of aircraft documentation and ATA Chapter system is considered as an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP is considered as an advantage
- Basic understanding of quality procedures and inventory management
- Work independently and be initiative driven
- Methodical and well organized
- Work neatly and accurately with attention to detail and quality
- Team player
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Office applications

- Acts as process manager for the material quotation processes/steps
- Participates in the definition of OMMs material pricing strategy
- Acts as point of contact in general and everyday problematic situations in the field of material consumption and cost analysis
- Following assessment of requirements, provides input for contract creation and contract review as cost estimation
- Represents OMM in BMC and BMC in the OMM organization
- Transfers assumptions for contracted conditions to respective operative teams within OMM
- Prepares reports, evaluations, analyses as a basis for management decisions
- Identifies alternative methodologies to quote material consumption based on review of commercial results for all main customers
- Provides risk assessment and contributes to finding the right mitigation measures


Ihr Profil:

- University degree in economics or engineering area
- Excellent knowledge of logistics (physical logistics, transport, planning and purchasing) processes
- 5+ years of professional experience in the engineering/supply chain field
- Experience with SAP material resource planning
- Excellent command of English and communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Motivated and creative with the ambition to make things happen

- Full accountable for in-house fabrication of parts within LHT base maintenance network
- Commercial responsible for the Alternative Sourcing product including P&L in base maintenance network
- Assessment of technical feasibility of fabrication requests, checking for airworthiness requirements and cost monitoring
- Liaises between production organization, design engineering and material management in all phases of the fabrication process
- Supports decision making towards most economical production solution
- Analyzes fields for optimization and initiates improvements programs for an efficient and lean fabrication process
- Single point of contact for customer related queries
- Takes active part in international production and material management related projects


Ihr Profil:

- University degree in Transport, Economics, Logistics or Engineering field
- Ideally 4 years of previous technical or commercial experience in airline/MRO/OEM position
- Team player with active and clear communication skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Capability to work under high pressure
- Customer orientation, self-management and decision-making skills
- Intercultural competence

- Provide administrative support to the Training Team in day-to-day business;
- Maintain training records of staff;
- Assist in organization of trainings;
- Handle (issuing and archiving) On-the-job training booklets;
- Archiving of training certificates.


Ihr Profil:

- To be student in your 3d or 4th year of education;
- Attention to detail;
- Good analytical and organizational skills;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Fluency in English.
