Vision-Experte (m/w/d) Automatisierte Sichtprüfung

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Durchführung von Machbarkeitsstudien auf Basis des Vision Inspection Request (VIR)
- Inbetriebnahme, Abnahme und Dokumentation von NEVIS Vision-Applikationen
- Troubleshooting in verschiedenen Werken
- Ermitteln benötigter Komponenten (Kamera, Beleuchtung, Objektiv)
- Dimensionierung der Anwendung (Abstände, Winkel, usw.)

Ihr Profil:

- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Informatik oder in einem ähnlichen Bereich
- Fundiertes Wissen in Bildverarbeitung und Computer Vision
- Kenntnisse in Beleuchtungstechniken, Optik und 2D & 3D Kameratechnologie
- Kenntnisse in C#, IIOT und Netzwerkkommunikation
- Integration von Vision-Systemen, Robotik & Kalibrierungsmethoden
- Kenntnisse in Machine Vision Libraries wie Cognex VisioPro,sowie der Umgang mit Cognex Vidi und Deep Learning
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

For our customer - an automotive company - we are searching for an Engineer Process Lifecycle Management (gn)

Your tasks
In this position you are responsible for the development of models used in LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) and Product Carbon Footprint calculations. Your contribution will help obtain a clear measure of the environmental impact and emissions of different automotive products. From the extraction of raw material, manufacturing process, transport & logistics, use phase to ultimately the end of life/recycling. You will uncover the environmental impact of products in the spirit of identifying hot spots that can guide us in minimizing our footprint and contribution to global warming.

Account for the development, improvement and documentation of LCA/PCF Models

Validate input data with regards to plausibility and reliability

Structure the calculation of complete products and their processes, locations and transport distances.

Perform CO2 hot spot analysis, support interpreting the data and provide recommendations on how to reduce footprint

Deep-Dive into selected processes together with experts and suppliers to improve accuracy of LCA models and calculations

Improve reliability, consistency and speed of calculations through documentation of best-practices and automation of certain process steps.

Requirements
- Degree in environmental engineering, process engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable engineering discipline
- Experience on products Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) and related standards such as ISO 14044, ISO 14067, GHG Protocol
- Ability to think analytically and conceptually to create easy to understand models and structures of products
- Knowledge and experience in automotive projects, products and manufacturing
- Structured work ethic and good documentation skills using tools like Confluence or JIRA
