Are you an UT Product Management & Program Director looking for a new opportunity?

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Management Lead to join our ultrasound business in Hürth, Germany. Reporting directly to the SBU Lead and as a key member of the SBU Management Team, the successful candidate will support the business strategy and technology roadmap with competitive products and services that enhance the user experience throughout the customer journey.

As a  UT Product Management & Program Director you will be responsible for:

- Leading the global Product Management team located in the US, Germany and China. Harmonize and expand the product management toolbox.
- Supporting the UT business strategy and technology roadmap with innovative and competitive products and services.
- Strengthen core product & services, including cross-modal products, while driving efficiency, market share, and profit margins.
- Utilizing solid competitive, customer, and profit pool insights to identify growth opportunities with differentiated NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) capabilities.
- Leading the entire lifecycle management for the ultrasound business.
- Serving as the Project Leader for Waygate lifecycle management initiative.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for all market/ product-related inquiries and provide guidance to internal teams and external stakeholders.

- Develop and implement product strategies in alignment with business growth, share and Margin objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive product innovation.
- Manage product portfolio to maximize growth, share, Margin and customer satisfaction.
- Lead product launches and go-to-market strategies to ensure successful adoption and market penetration.
- Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a fast-paced environment as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools as well as strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and product positioning.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
