In this position, you work within our hybrid model "Flexible". You will work partly in the office, partly remotely.

- Hands on mindset with a solid foundation: You live in Figma and know atomic design, design tokens, UI components and design systems, which you would love to support the team with your hands on mentality
- Curiosity and Passion: You are curious and passioned about users and user experience, don't hesitate to challenge the status quo and are up to date with industry trends to achieve innovative design solutions
- Collaboration and Communication: You thrive in a collaborative environment and can effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders from different departments
- Bilingual Language Skills: Your confidence in communicating in German and English, will support our diverse and multicultural environment and make sure that everyone's voice will be heard
