Job Description As the Head of Ergonomics Manufacturing & Logistics Tires (MFL) (m/f/diverse) you are contributing to the overall strategy of the workplace of the future and are responsible for improvement of the work environment from ergonomics point of view. This includes the following tasks: • Developing an Ergonomics strategy and ensuring implementation • Orchestrating Ergonomics global activities at MFL Tires • Stakeholder management, incl. steering meetings • Establishing an Ergonomics network • Ensuring solution sharing & know-how exchange • Disciplinary lead of central ergonomics team • Functional lead for local Ergonomics Managers Qualifications • Academic degree in engineering, natural science or comparable application • and proof of the functional knowledge of Ergonomics • Ideally multiple years of relevant professional experience • Experienced in leading/working in project structure • Very good MS Office skills • Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken) • High willingness to travel worldwide (approx. up to 25 %). • Intercultural competence, international experience is of advantage • Goal and solution oriented as well as structured working style • Excellent communication skills, good networking and strong team player Diversity creates value for a better tomorrow.
