Dein Profil

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

Als (Junior) IT-Anlagenmanager:in trägst du die Verantwortung für die IT-Anlagen, die täglich Millionen von Reisenden informieren und begleiten – von Lautsprechern über Zuganzeigen bis hin zu WLAN-Systemen. Mit deiner Arbeit stellst du sicher, dass Reisende immer mit den aktuellsten Informationen versorgt sind und die technischen Anlagen der Bahnhöfe zuverlässig funktionieren. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team überwachst du rund 13.500 Anlagen und arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zu internen Stakeholdern und externen Dienstleistern.
Deine Aufgaben:

- Du verantwortest den Betrieb und die Entwicklung der dir zugeordneten IT-Anlagen und stellst ihre Verfügbarkeit und Leistungserbringung sicher
- Die regelmäßige Überwachung der Qualität und des Umfangs durchgeführter Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen sowie die Sekundärüberwachung interner Dienstleister gehören zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich
- Du stellst sicher, dass Reisendeninformationsanlagen wie z. B. Lautsprecher, Uhren und Zuganzeiger jederzeit funktionieren, um aktuelle Informationen an Reisende bereitzustellen
- Vorfälle und Störungen bewertest und kategorisierst du zuverlässig, bist verantwortlich für die Organisation der schnellen Instandsetzung, setzt geltende Standards um und sorgst für eine aktuelle Datendokumentation

Dein Profil:

- Du hast eine Ausbildung als staatlich geprüfte:r Techniker:in, geprüfte:r Handwerks- oder IHK-Meister:in im Bereich Telekommunikationstechnologie, Elektrotechnik oder ein (abgeschlossenes) technisches oder IT-relevantes Studium – alternativ bringst du vergleichbare Berufserfahrung mit
- Idealerweise hast du erste Erfahrung im Bereich Anlagenmanagement oder Facility Management, jedoch bringen wir dir gerne fehlende Kenntnisse bei

Basic qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science related discipline, and/or experience in a professional field

Basic qualifications

- Multiple years of large-scale software development or application engineering with recent coding experience in two or more of the following languages: Java, JavaScript, C/C++, C#, Objective-C, Node.js, .NET, Python, PHP or Ruby
- Hands-on experience with software engineering best practices (code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing and deployment, release and change management)
- Proven experience in designing and building highly available, resilient, large-scale distributed systems
- Proven track record in leading innovation initiatives and best practices across multiple development teams or customers
- Exposure to Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices

Preferred qualifications

- Previous experiences as Software / Solution Architect, Lead Architect or similar role
- Experience in architecting, designing and developing applications on the AWS platform
- Experience in designing and modernizing applications using containers, serverless technologies and event-driven architectures
- Prior consulting experience working directly with customers and partners

- Assist in engaging with stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for AI-driven digitalization.
- Support the preparation and execution of AI workshops, progressively taking on more responsibility in facilitating discussions and shaping business use cases.


- AI Consultation
- Assess business processes, identify inefficiencies, and evaluate AI-driven optimization opportunities.
- Participate in workshops and discussions, gradually building the expertise to provide strategic guidance on AI and digitalization initiatives.


- Business Analysis & Strategic Consulting
- Gather, document, and structure business requirements to translate them into actionable insights.
- Conduct research and analysis to support process improvement recommendations, eventually driving business analysis efforts independently.


- Solution Ideation & Implementation
- Support solution ideation sessions with UX designers, developers, architects, and business stakeholders, contributing to solution design and validation.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Assist in monitoring solution implementation, gathering feedback, and supporting continuous improvement efforts, with the aim of leading initiatives in the future.


You excel in


- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.


- Experience & Skills
- First of experience in Business Analysis, Digital Consulting, or related fields (including experience as a working student).
- Basic understanding of AI technologies, automation, and digital platforms.


- Ways of working
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.


- Languages
- Fluency in English
