Your role in our team

- You organize and conduct advanced best practice PAS-X training sessions for the life sciences industry, onsite at the customer premises and remotely
- You design, document, and maintain training programs offered by our Training Academy Products
- You understand client training requirements and align them with our Training Academy
- You investigate new PAS-X modules and features, applying knowledge to training classes and documenting findings in the knowledge base
- You continuously improve the design, documentation, and objectives of training classes and update Training Academy content to align with operational requirements.
- You develop rich media (e-learning) content adhering to industry best practices
- You support senior staff in executing projects for the Training Academy
- You manage, monitor, and implement Training Academy work packages based on operational needs

Your profile

- You're interested in the pharmaceutical industry and in software solutions
- You like to communicate with people and you are confident in dealing with customers
- You have proven experience in recognizing special class needs and identifying available options
- You are easily able to see the big picture, but also enjoy working on technical details
- You are able to familiarize yourself with new topics independently
- Our customers experience you as enthusiastic, competent and with subtle powers of persuasion
- You're a real team player and enjoy collaborating with others
- You're fluent in German and English, other languages are a plus
- Since we work closely with our customers, you're willing to travel frequently
