Deine Aufgaben
• Du übernimmst die strategische Leitung und Weiterentwicklung der Controlling- und BI-Funktion und entwickelst eine datengetriebene Steuerungsstrategie
• Du stellst Finanz- und Unternehmenskennzahlen bereit, führst Ad-hoc-Analysen durch und setzt mit deinem Team gemeinsam Business Intelligence-Projekte um

Dein Profil
• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Controlling, BI-Umfeld oder datengetriebenem Unternehmensmanagement, idealerweise mit erster Führungserfahrung
• u bringst tiefgehende Kenntnisse in BI-Architekturen, Datenanalyse und -integration mit und bist mit Microsoft BI Tools wie Power BI, SQL-Server, Logic Apps und DevOps bestens vertraut

Ihre Aufgaben:

Dein Verantwortungsbereich

- Analyse von Test- und Reparaturprozessen komplexer Baugruppen zur Identifizierung von Optimierungs- und Automatisierungspotenzialen
- Entwicklung generischer Softwarelösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams zur Effizienzsteigerung der Test- und Reparaturprozesse und Unterstützung einer skalierbaren Lieferkette
- Koordination eines Offshore-Entwicklungsteams und Verantwortung für den gesamten Lebenszyklus der Softwareprojekte, von der Anforderungserhebung bis zur Wartung

Product Support Engineer develops and implements the product technical support strategy and controls the product support process. The role contributes to the product design process to ensure its supportability and is responsible for the provision of training and back-up technical support

Your role:

- Providing support for associate products/solutions in diagnosing, troubleshooting systems and act as experts for the team inside and outside
- Consulting with others on complex issues. Influencing functional management in the BU, local field and key customers, including R&D in CX

- Degree in medical informatics, applied sciences or related discipline, or equivalent professional training experience

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
